Videographer/Video Editor

Smart Solutions Advertising is looking for an imaginative Videographer/ Editor. Our ideal candidate must have an artistic eye for compelling storytelling, short composition, lighting and detail.

  • Film and edit high-quality video content with a focus on creating engaging videos for marketing and social media.
  • Perform post-production work, such as editing, motion graphics, color correction and audio adjustments ensuring the film retains the mood, style, and delivery as specified.
  • Brainstorm on script marketing and social media videos.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Be agile and willing to revise and improve the content on an ongoing basis.
  • Engage in creative problem solving and evaluate video performance analytic.
  • Create storyboards and sketches to help nail down ideas or video script through visualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in creating quality video content
  • Proficient in Full Adobe Suite – especially Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop – Illustrator and Audition skills a plus.
  • Strong understanding of production processes such as lighting, camera work, and post-production/editing
  • Ability to edit and post from rough cut to final deliverable
  • Ability to operate cameras and, when needed, other production equipment to shoot footage with a technical and creative proficiency
  • Comfort with creating and editing in any video formats from a professional camera to mobile phone
  • Highly skilled in video editing and motion graphics via Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
  • Excellent digital media file management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tight deadline, production teamwork environment.
  • Driver’s License 
  • *Portfolio or online samples to showcase work samples is a must

Graphic and Web Designer

Smart Solutions Advertising is looking for a graphic designer to create engaging graphics for a variety of media. What is the role of a graphic designer? The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, magazines and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with team to produce the final design
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree is great, real-life experience is better

This Full Time Position Offers:

  • Work with clients and Team SS designers on high-impact ad concepts, including effective offers
  • Be a product expert and develop compelling and effective marketing solutions for our direct mail and video products.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals – and exceed your own personal earnings goals
  • Execute required sales administrative functions to initiate orders and accurately produce ad campaigns

  • 2+ years of proven success in business development and outside sales
  • Experience in print, direct mail and video sales preferred
  • College degree is preferred, but not required
  • Driver’s License

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis on engagement and persuasion
